Product Description

Introduction
High speed disperser is applied in mixing,blending and dissolving liquid-liquid or liquid-solid materials. It accelerates the blending and dissolving, forming a stable fluid in short time. 
The high speed disc blade rotates at high speed, dispersing and mixing materials completely.
-the paste is in annular flow which creates strong vertex. Surface particales drop to the bottom.
-and forms a turbulent flow at the disc edge. Paste and particles are highly sheared and impacted
-two beams formed outside the area. The paste is fully circulated and stirred.
- there is a laminar flow under the blade. Paste in different speed interdiffuse and get disperserd.

A: First of all, before dellvery, our in-house QC will do a comprehensive inspection to show the condition of the goods by testing operation or trial operation.
     Secondly, our warranty is 12 months from the time of arrval. If the equipment fail, such as the motor, reducer or inverter is damaged, we will replace and repair it free of charge. In case of damage caused by operational error, we will provide technical guidance to customers.

Q3: How about your after-sales service? What should I do if something goes wrong during use?
A: Whether it is under warranty or not , we will first help you figure out the essence and solve the problem through video conferencing. lf it is under warranty, no doubt we will take care of the problem and provide a new replacement free of charge. If it exceeds the warranty period, we will replace it for you with it cost price, find the most favorable mode of transportation, thereby solving the problem, maximizing your cost savings at the sametime, and provide lifelong maintenance advice and technical guidance.
