Our High Speed Vacuum Water-Based Paint Disperser with Hydraulic Lifting is expertly designed to mix, blend, and dissolve both liquid-liquid and liquid-solid materials efficiently. Experience accelerated blending and dissolving processes, resulting in a stable fluid formation in no time.
Equipped with a high-speed disc blade, this disperser ensures complete and thorough dispersion and mixing of materials.
- The paste moves in an annular flow, creating a powerful vortex that pulls surface particles down to the bottom.
- At the disc edge, a turbulent flow forms, allowing the paste and particles to undergo intense shearing and impact.
- Two beams are generated outside the main area, ensuring that the paste is fully circulated and stirred.
- Beneath the blade, a laminar flow is created where paste at different speeds interdiffuses and gets effectively dispersed.

A: First of all, before dellvery, our in-house QC will do a comprehensive inspection to show the condition of the goods by testing operation or trial operation.
     Secondly, our warranty is 12 months from the time of arrval. If the equipment fail, such as the motor, reducer or inverter is damaged, we will replace and repair it free of charge. In case of damage caused by operational error, we will provide technical guidance to customers.

Q3: How about your after-sales service? What should I do if something goes wrong during use?
A: Whether it is under warranty or not , we will first help you figure out the essence and solve the problem through video conferencing. lf it is under warranty, no doubt we will take care of the problem and provide a new replacement free of charge. If it exceeds the warranty period, we will replace it for you with it cost price, find the most favorable mode of transportation, thereby solving the problem, maximizing your cost savings at the sametime, and provide lifelong maintenance advice and technical guidance.
